I asked 24 questions in total, however I want to highlight what is the most enlightening from reading your answers in the questionnaire and from speaking to many of your since.
I hope you find this information helpful.
Here’s the first question (with my insight below) – by the way these are screenshots from the questionnaire tool we use:
I was really surprised more than a third of you already utilise your gifts to earn an income.
What’s more, this was not a recent decision. The vast majority have been earning money from their sense of purpose for 3 or more years, which is incredible given how relatively ‘young’ the Mind, Body, Spirit industry is.
However just under a quarter of these same people can say they earn a full-time income from doing what they love
…yet nearly three-quarters would out of choice like for this to be their full-time profession.
If you are a therapist I’m sure your clients are delighted you do and if you are a recipient of these services, then isn’t it reassuring to know your therapist is receiving intuitive insight when they are with you?
I go to a chiropractor who definitely uses his intuition with his clients. At first I wasn’t sure even he was aware how intuitive he is. I’m so impressed that he actively strengthens this side of his skills, I have already recommended many, many people to him and so have they, which now means he never has to advertise again (and I have to wait ages for a booking! 😉
As I’m sure you are well aware because there have been so many studies on this, for example, according to this article from the Harvard Business Review it can be up to 25 times MORE expensive for any business to find a new client than it is to retain an existing client. Going back to my chiropractor example above, I have been seeing him on and off as needed for coming up to 5 years and he was recommended to me, primarily because of his ability to ‘read’ the body much more effectively than my previous chiropractor.
In summary…
I think we have all either experienced that exceptional therapist or we’re searching for one, to whom we feel confident to refer our friends and because at the time you can’t quite put your finger on why they are so good at what they do, but if you were to think about it, they’re great because they’re not only capable, they’re intuitive or somehow ‘know you’ quickly, which makes all the difference in a very busy world. Often, like my chiropractor, they usually have no idea how good they are. They feel they’re ‘just average’ or ‘doing their job’, when in fact they have no idea they’re exceptional.
I’m hoping now it is crystal clear the difference between the good therapists and the exceptional ones. Here is yet another indication of what I always say “your sensitivity is your greatest asset”, now you have evidence of what that means.
If you happened to be one of the many hundreds of people to complete the survey, thankyou. If you were not then know those who did will be making sure what I release to you over the next few weeks, months and throughout the rest of this year will be heavily influenced by the answers I received and by what you have asked me to provide you with.
It is an honour to serve you. Thankyou for your continued interest in my work.
