Covert narcissists are harder to spot in your life than overt, simply because they’re really not nearly as obvious. They’re very hard to spot if you are most used to overt narcissists. Overt are obvious attention seeking nightmares, covert are seemingly the opposite.

You start to feel at peace with the Universe and less sensitive to other people’s energy. Any overwhelm from dense energy calms down significantly and you feel like entering the normal ebb and flow of life. Toxic energies are far less likely to impact you, you feel less delicate.

The ‘dark night’ is over but you feel suspended between your old and new life. This is a no man’s land – an experience of feeling your friendship groups have changed, those you’re no longer an energetic match to; leave your life. Feels like the Universe is shut off to you but it’s a rest phase before it ramps up into the next phase of your life.
