Close your eyes and focus on your breathing, deep breath in slow breath out, allowing your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath allowing your body to relax and your mind to remain alert.
On the next in breath – focus on your arms, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel your hands relax, as you allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath focus on your legs, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel the tension drain from your legs as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath – focus on your pelvis, feel the tension in the pelvis, on the out breath allow it to relax – as you relax deeper and deeper.
Now focus on the chest area – feel the shallowness of your breath, feel how high it is in your chest, how anxiety and worry is breathed into the chest area – feel yourself deepen your breath as you draw it deeper into your body, as you do, feel a deep sense of relaxation spread through the body as your breathing slows and you begin to release all tension from deep within the body as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath – feel your awareness being drawn in through the third eye, the centre of your forehead. If you can’t see then sense. Find your awareness in the internal corridor of the third eye chakra. This is the space of insight and imagination. As you move along the corridor, find the door marked mind clutter. As you open the door and go inside, find yourself in your inner storage area of where you keep your mind clutter. Notice if there is much in there, how old the items in there are and how far they go back. Are there items from your early life or does the clutter go back generations?
There is another door inside this space – one that is covered with junk so is initially not so easy to see. It’s the door where you can see or sense light streaming from it but the door is closed. In your mind, climb over any junk in the way – noticing what the junk is and open the second door – as you open it you drop into a slight falling sensation with a gentle, soft landing. In this space feel your awareness in a large open dome. The dome glows with a lilac light. This is the space of your deeper instinct. The dome has a panoramic window - in your mind go towards the window and look out.
This is the world of your dreams – the parts of your reality that are waiting to come into your life once you get beyond the mind clutter and allow yourself access to this part of who you are. Look out to see or sense what’s there – how it is presented to you. The colours, the sensations – just allow yourself to take it all in, as you do, feel your mind relax and open out into the expansion. Feel your mind leave the dome for a moment and enter the sensation of the space outside and then feel it sucked back into the dome. Feel the true flexibility of the mind as you experience the energy of your hopes and dreams from a deeper perspective.
In your mind, feel your awareness now leaving the dome, feel your awareness bounce back up through the door out into the junk room. Notice if the cluttered room has changed as you begin your return to the corridor of the third eye energy. Stepping into the corridor, feel your awareness returning through the third eye and spreading through your body. In your mind imagine tree roots emanating from the bottom of your feet, imagine them planting into the ground as you feel your awareness sinking deep into your every day world as you focus on your breathing and very gently bring your awareness back into the room and when you are ready – open your eyes.

When the King energy is active, your inner world is conflicted. Each time you step into your own rules, you hear the voice of the King’s shadow – the tyrant suggesting you are less than, how you’ll never live up to expectations and the weakling ‘prince’ who doesn’t protect your new path.
The solution is to step into the energy of the true King, the matured ‘male’ energy offering centred, confident direction from deep within. The unconscious pressure to ‘fit in’ evaporates as you step into your own leadership. .
