Close your eyes and focus on your breathing, deep breath in slow breath out, allowing your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath allowing your body to relax and your mind to remain alert.
On the next in breath – focus on your arms, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel your hands relax, as you allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath focus on your legs, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel the tension drain from your legs as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath – focus on your pelvis, feel the tension in the pelvis, on the out breath allow it to relax – as you relax deeper and deeper.
Now focus on the chest area – feel the shallowness of your breath, feel how high it is in your chest, how anxiety and worry is breathed into the chest area – feel yourself deepen your breath as you draw it deeper into your body, as you do, feel a deep sense of relaxation spread through the body as your breathing slows and you begin to release all tension from deep within the body as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath feel your awareness being drawn in through the base chakra, the base of your spine and find yourself in the internal corridor – if you can’t see then sense. As you move along the corridor feel the air becoming thicker, until you reach a metal gate in the corridor. In your mind see or sense how long the gate has been locked for, find the key and open it.
As you step through to the other side of the gate – this is the world of your unconscious restriction. A figure meets you the other side of the gate – this is the gatekeeper for your world of restriction. They lead you deep into this space – until you come to a cell door. They unlock the cell door for you and you go inside. Inside here is an animal – an animal that represents your world that’s felt locked up and separated from you. See or sense what this animal is – notice the state of it. Is it healthy and well kept or neglected.
In your mind ask the animal – what it represents. What part of you has been kept locked in a cell deep within the base chakra and how long has it been there? Does it represent an energy that’s unique to you or has it been there for generations? Who or what put it there?
Tell the animal you are now ready to lead it out of the cell. Notice if it’s nervous to leave or happily follows you. The gatekeeper opens the door as you re-enter the corridor and make your way back to the metal gate. Notice if the energy in this corridor has changed, as you get to the gate – see or sense it is no longer locked, it is open. The restriction world’s gatekeeper comes with you as you step back over the threshold into the corridor of the base chakra. Notice if the gatekeeper and the animal change as you move across back into the vibration of the physical world. Feel as what was three energies – you, the animal and the gatekeeper – now move together back into your conscious awareness and as you do Feel a bright, clean feel engulf you – as you return through the base to the physical body.
Allowing a deep feeling of calm to spread through your body, In your mind imagine tree roots emanating from the bottom of your feet, imagine them planting into the ground as you feel your awareness sinking deep into your every day world as you focus on your breathing and very gently bring your awareness back into the room and when you are ready – open your eyes.

The solution is to step into the energy of the true King, the matured ‘male’ energy offering centred, confident direction from deep within. The unconscious pressure to ‘fit in’ evaporates as you step into your own leadership. .
